What We Do
The Five-0 Foundation is the charitable arm of the Palm Beach County Fraternal Order of Police, Jim Fogleman Lodge #50, Inc. The Foundation was established exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes.
Who We Are
The Foundation is administered by a volunteer, uncompensated Board of Directors. We are a 501(C)3, Florida Not for Profit Corporation that is supported by donations. FEIN 83-1888892 Registration CH29.
Who We Support
We support many projects and activities designed to foster community involvement as well as helping families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Some of these programs include providing clothing for homeless veterans, disaster relief, the Florida State Law Enforcement Officers’ Memorial, educational programs, critical incident programs, and scholarship opportunities for FOP Lodge 50 members' children and grandchildren.

The Five-0 Foundation, in partnership with the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 50 (FOP Lodge 50), proudly awarded its 2025 college scholarships to Tyler Wink and Gabriella Roussel during a celebratory luncheon at The Cooper Restaurant.
We are honored to announce that FOP Lodge 50 and The Five-0 Foundation have made a $10,000 contribution to the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Foundation. This donation will help provide critical care, innovative treatments, and life-saving medical support to children and families in need.
We are honored to announce a $19,000 donation to the Florida State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation, supporting the families of fallen officers and preserving the legacy of those who gave their lives in the line of duty.
We are proud to announce a $10,000 donation to Friends of Fisher House, a dedicated organization that provides essential support to military veterans and their families. This contribution reflects our deep appreciation for those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
FOP Lodge 50 and The Five-0 Foundation are honored to donate $10,000 to the Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation (LEAF) to support officers and their families in times of need. Our law enforcement community dedicates their lives to protecting us—now, it’s our turn to give back.
We are excited to share an inspiring story about Detective Ashley, a veteran South Florida law enforcement officer who is taking on a unique challenge like no other. For 48 hours straight, she will run as many miles as possible to honor fallen law enforcement officers and their families!!
This two-day event is tentatively scheduled for November 2025. Updates will be provided at the links mentioned below and on Team South Florida’s social media pages.
Every step she takes carries the memory of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. What began as a personal challenge quickly grew into something bigger. Detective Ashley chose to dedicate her journey as a fundraiser, ensuring her efforts directly give back to the families and agencies who need us most.
Every dollar raised will go directly to Team South Florida, a 100% volunteer charity that honors fallen law enforcement heroes and provides support to their loved ones and agencies during their darkest days.
